# Core Team

> The Core team consists of the senior leadership team and exists to coordinate strategy and execution across the business. The Core Team is the most functional team, which is often a challenge.

**Mandate:**

* The Core team is responsible for the successful coordination of the running of the company. 
* Solving cross-functional issues using the Wednesday IDS meeting.
* Agreeing and achieving the company level OKRs.
* Producing the monthly Board report delivered to the Board.

**Cadence:** 

We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every Wednesday where we focus on cross-functional issues.
