# Customer Success Team

**Mandate:**

* Responsible for being the front-line of the business when it comes to customers.
* Always the customer's first point of contact.
* Everything we do is to drive customer value and results!

**Cadence:** 

We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every other Thursday where we focus on internal and external issues.
