# Data & Integrations Team

**Mandate:**

* Responsible for integrating the Mindset AI software with other platforms
* Deliver data insights to internal and external stakeholders
* Work closely with CS and Product teams to identify and deliver on upcoming customer data and integration needs

**Cadence:** 

* We meet every day for 30min+ to discuss what we are working on, any challenges and highlights

**OKRs:**

* Time to value - drive down the time it takes to set up an integration
