# Product Team

**Mandate:**

* Responsible for turning company strategy into technology which achieves measurable outcomes 
* To obsess, understand and solve customer needs, wants and problems 
* To provide clarity to your customers (both internal and external) on when a thing we have committed to building will be delivered - with simple to understand plans
* Get products to market that people want and are excited by 
* Have a bias for action, insist on producing quality work and love making things simpler 

**Cadence:** 

* We meet for a MOS IDS meeting every other Wednesday where we focus on internal and external issues. 
* We meet every Monday for roadmap planning & candidates discussions
* We meet every Monday morning for keeping track of the current releases delivery progress
