Why we built this

We’re Mindset AI. We didn’t set out to build a strategy tool, we built one because we needed it. We operate an AI agent platform. Our own team is AI-native: every engineer works alongside coding agents, every product decision is explored in human–AI conversations, and every day we hit the same wall described in the rest of this whitepaper. Decisions locked in chat threads. Agents building against stale context. Institutional knowledge decaying faster than we could document it.
