How to configure community Chat inside Facilitations

Configure Chat inside Facilitations inside of your application by following these steps.

Find Chat in the left hand navigation bar of your administration portal. Under the workflow settings, click on the toggle to turn it on to enable chat inside facilitations.

Next, go to the facilitation section on the left-hand side go into an already created facilitation by clicking on edit.

When the end user clicks on the facilitation on the end user’s interface (the end user must have been invited to the facilitation), the chat icon will be displayed at the top right corner of the screen.

When the end user clicks on the chat icon, the chats from the facilitator would be displayed and the end user can send messages as well.
