Mandate: Design at Mindset supports all touchpoints of the customer’s experience - from our website & marketing through to our product experience.

Cadence: The design team meets twice a week for focused Design Reviews, and every other week for our Experience MOS sessions. We also join the weekly Product MOS to collaborate on cross-functional product issues, and participate in daily stand-ups with the Delivery team to stay aligned on execution.
