Each customer requires specific ‘outputs’ from the previous team. The Theorem of Constraints explains that any interconnected process operates at the speed of the slowest part. We work hard to identify such bottlenecks in the organisation. Usually they are people who, although often well meaning, slow the flow of work. We are allergic to such bottlenecks. Brand Promise Mindset is focused on helping customers be successful - generating recurring revenue, retention and helping customers showcase their value to their customers. Each link in this chain drives our ability to win new customers (proof of value), retain them and make them more successful. Embed Flywheel Our product is an embeddable agent PaaS. This makes us a completely horizontal product, with customers wanting to test many use-cases. Therefore, the bottleneck for customers achieving value with the use-cases they want to build is Mindset.
