What is Knowledge Context?
Knowledge context is a powerful system that allows you to collate relevant bundles of content together, then provide agents access to this content. Think of it as giving agents a library they can consult whilst performing tasks for your users, or a library for agents to find and fetch the right information or file when your users need help. As such, this context becomes a critical element of an agent’s configuration. Content can be manually uploaded or ingested via integrations and Mindsets ingestion API. During the ingestion process, Mindsets pipeline transcribes, organises and captures information about entities of interest (like people, places, or events), and forge connections between them. If you decide to use the Mindset interactive media player, all content will be automatically turned into chapters during this ingestion process. The key benefits of using knowledge context:
- Each of your customer tenants can have their own knowledge context(s), enabling them to have personalised tenant experiences
- Agents can access one or more knowledge contexts, so you can offer app wide content to all agents, whilst restricting information to other agents easily
- Make agents true subject matter experts, with domain-specific information
- Ground their responses in factual information
- Enable them to fetch files for users
- Enable them to use or reference knowledge during tasks
