- Developing and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with company OKRs.
- Removing friction in the buying process to accelerate deal velocity.
- Building and maintaining a predictable, scalable revenue engine.
- Strengthening market positioning through brand, messaging, and social proof.
- Optimising the full customer acquisition journey from awareness to closed-won.
- Weekly Sales & Marketing team meetings focused on pipeline growth, conversion rates, and overall sales and marketing metrics.
- MOS IDS meeting every other Thursday to resolve cross-functional issues.
