Exclude content
How to exclude a content item from being visible within Content Discovery & segments of your new file.
Once you have uploaded a piece of content into your Knowledge Context, you have the option to exclude the content item from the Content Discovery player and segments in the Knowledge Graph workflow.
To do this, select the content item from your Knowledge Context, select the three dots on the right hand side and click ‘Edit’.
Please note: excluding the content item here will still enable the Agent to learn from and use the content to answer questions.
